Our Mission is to minimize the stress of moving on our customers and the Earth. Even with this mission integrated into my daily work, I was given a stern reminder of the overbearing stress when I packed up my life and moved homes last week. 6. Donate something to goodwill –Reduced clutter and a sense of self-satisfaction ease the heart and mind
7. Get a neck massage – In times of high stress we contract our trapezoids which cause tension from the shoulder, up through the neck, to the back of your head
8. Get caught up on sleep – Turn off your phone, shut the blinds, have a nap
9. Scrap the caffeine – Although we all love our coffee, caffeine stimulants decrease your ability to cope. Caffeine is also a diarrheic which cause an increased frequency in urination, which will drain you of minerals
