Even with this mission integrated into my daily work, I was given a stern reminder of the overbearing stress when I packed up my life and moved homes last week. Therefore, we have assembled a list of the top 20 easy ways to combat some of the hair tugging, heart racing, head throbbing anxiety that often accompanies a move.

6. Donate something to goodwill –Reduced clutter and a sense of self-satisfaction ease the heart and mind
7. Get a neck massage – In times of high stress we contract our trapezoids which cause tension from the shoulder, up through the neck, to the back of your head
